Cozy Beach House

Welcome to “Little Kahuna”! This adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is one of the originals in South Ponte Vedra. Situated on a large lot and right on the ocean, Little Kahuna offers comfort, and old Florida style along with your own private beach access! While it isn’t a huge house, it is just right for groups of 6 or less.

The living room is cozy, but roomy enough with two sofas, a small dinette table, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is surprisingly spacious and is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and anything else you would need to make your favorite meals. Just off of the living room is a sun room that offers wall to wall windows and incredible views of the ocean. There is another table and chairs on the sunroom, for additional dining and seating. The sun room leads out to the back patio, back yard, and to your private beach access. The yard is fully fenced in, making it safe for children, and your furry kids!

There are three bedrooms in the house. The ocean-side bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, while the third bedroom has two twins. Each bedroom has a closet and a dresser. There are also 2 bathrooms in the house. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The 2nd bathroom has a small shower. There is a stack washer and dryer for your convenience. At Little Kahuna, we supply all of the towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, and a gas grill. There is a small garage, that is used for storage. Wireless internet is also provided (Comcast).

Did we mention the roof-top deck? That’s right! We have a deck on top of the sun room. It is a great place to work on your tan, or just enjoy the expansive views of the ocean! Parents, please DO NOT allow children under the age of 14 on the deck without YOUR supervision.

The house is located in South Ponte Vedra Beach, just 15 minutes north of Historic St. Augustine. In St. Augustine you will find countless shops, art galleries, restaurants, tours, and more. If you love to golf, you have come to the right place. We have dozens of quality courses in the area, including TPC Sawgrass, home to the famous Par 3 17th island hole! If you are here during football season, be sure to head into Jacksonville to catch our 2017 AFC South Champion Jacksonville Jaguars! Day trips to Orlando and Daytona are very easy from here as well.
