Cancellation Policy

We encourage you to obtain trip cancellation insurance to protect your travel investment. You will have this option upon accepting/completing a reservation. When a reservation is made, refunds are made ONLY if the house becomes uninhabitable OR if you cancel 60 days prior to your check-in date. If you cancel outside of the refund policy (59 days or less from your check-in date), any funds that have been collected are non-refundable. If you have purchased travel insurance, we can provide any documentation you may need to file for a refund.  We must be notified of any claims for refunds within 14 days of your reservation checkout date. All refunds due to renter-initiated cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

Hurricane Policy:

Hurricane refunds will be issued only if the National Weather Service orders a hurricane warning in our immediate area in St. John’s County. When a warning and evacuation order is given, we will refund (a) any unused portion of rent from a guest currently renting the house; (b) any unused portion of rent from a scheduled renter who wants to arrive after the warning/evacuation order is lifted; or (c) any advance rents collected for a renter scheduled to arrive during the mandatory evacuation period. Any scheduled rentals after the hurricane are not subject to any refunds unless the house is uninhabitable.  Any damages to the beach or surrounding area is not cause for a refund. It will be the owner/property manager discretion to offer any such refund.

Pandemic Clause:

A refund will only be given if the Florida Governor bans short term rentals or if the beach on which the property is located, is closed.  Any portion of days that the ban is in place will be given a refund.  An administrative fee of 5% may be deducted from any refund.

Surrounding areas:

Guests understand that the rental property is located in a neighborhood and on a beach. Any construction, maintenance, or disturbances from nearby properties or beach nourishment projects are not the responsibility of Wren Beach Rentals or the homeowners.

Pet Policy

*We have several properties that allow pets. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet along.
*A pet fee is required and is non-refundable. ($225 for the first pet, $125 for additional pet)
*Pets are allowed on the beach, but must be leashed.  All pet waste must be picked up and bagged.
*Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.
*Guests are responsible for any pet damages. This is not covered under the accidental damage waiver.

ID Policy

In order to complete any reservation with Wren Beach Rentals, St. Johns County requires a government issued ID to be on file with us. A government issued ID could be a valid Drivers License, Passport, or Valid and current State issued ID. Your ID needs to be on file with us by the time the final payment is due (60 days prior to your arrival).

Privacy Policy

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us and to fulfill your reservation as required.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way, via Owner Reservation Systems. Owner Reservation software is used soley by us, Wren Beach Rentals, as a calendar/booking management system. We offer credit card collection through this software program to secure any reservation funds.

While we use encryption services through the Owner Reservation Software to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
