Wren Beach Rentals is proud to present “Tropical Sands”! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is right on the beach and is available for your next beach vacation. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering with friends and family, all while having views of the Atlantic in your back yard. The kitchen features stainless appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, and a large breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining area has a dining table that seats 8. There is plenty of seating in the living room to gather around the large TV.

Wake up to the sights and sounds of the ocean! The master bedroom faces the ocean, so you can wake up and see the sun rise, or fall asleep to the sound of the waves. This bedroom has a king bed, wall mounted TV and a full bathroom. The master bathroom has his-and-hers sinks and a walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and their own bathroom.

Enjoy the Outdoors

The back deck spans the width of the house and is made of Trex material. No splinters here! The deck features a pergola in the middle, which provides a nice shady area. The deck leads right down to the beach. There is comfortable deck furniture for you to enjoy.  We provide beach chairs and towels so you don’t need to pack them. There is a 2-car garage with a washer and dryer, gas grill, and a spare refrigerator.

Historic St. Augustine is just a 10 minute drive away. Here, you will find countless shops, restaurants, and sight seeing tours. If you are hoping to get in a round of golf, we have plenty of great public courses within a half an hour. St. Augustine’s outlet malls are a half mile away. Whether you are planning on spending time on the beach or seeing the sights, Almost Heaven is the perfect vacation home for your next vacation!

Additional Fees
$250 cleaning fee, 5% administrative fee, and 11.5% tax.
Pet Fees: $225 for one, $125 for each additional pet
