Spectacular Views

Welcome to Seven Palms! A cozy little beach house with fantastic views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Seven Palms is new to the vacation rental market! It has always been owner occupied. As a guest at Seven Palms, you will feel like this is the perfect little getaway spot! Entering the home, you are welcomed with large picture windows that overlook the majestic art of Mother Nature. The open floor plan, allows you to see these views from the common living areas. The living room features a nice sectional and seating for six. The other two sitting areas are perfect little spots to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and reading a good book with a glass of wine.

This comfortable little three bedroom home can sleep up to seven. The split floor plan features the master bedroom holding a king size therapeutic mattress. Bedroom two has a queen size mattress and the kids room has a twin bunk bed. There is a small, full size, sleeper sofa in the sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to enjoy a meal. It offers a drip coffee pot as well as a Keurig coffee maker.

Put your toes in the sand!

When you step outside you find a new form of paradise.  With one screened in porch and one uncovered you will have several options when it comes to lounging around outside.  Just a few footsteps from the beach you will find a magical feeling of euphoria.  The screened in patio offers a nice break from the sun with several seating options and a table to enjoy a lunch with a view. On the other side of the house you will find an open deck with lounging chairs, giving you the perfect spot to soak up the sun.  You can wheel the grill out front and cook up some juicy burgers and some delicious hot dogs while over looking the beautiful Guana State Park just across A1A.

Exploring The Area

While you may never want to leave the beach house, you can find that there is plenty to do and see just a few minutes from the house. Within a 5 minute drive south, you will find several of our local, waterfront restaurants. Here you can catch a sunset while enjoying some local oysters, or fresh fish. Many of these places have live music in the afternoons. There is a new Publix grocery store in the Vilano Town Center (about 10 minutes south of the house). You can be in historic downtown St. Augustine in 15 minutes. Here, you will find hundreds of shops, restaurants, and plenty of historic sites. While in St. Augustine, you can take a very informational trolley tour of the town. If feeling a little romantic, try a horse and carriage ride! If you are feeling adventurous, rent a jet ski or a boat and explore some of our beautiful waterways. Day trips to Jacksonville, Daytona, or Orlando are easy to do if you decide to venture a little further out. There are several locations throughout Guana Park to go hiking and fishing.

Additional Fees: $225 cleaning fee, 5% administrative fee, and 10.5% tax.
Pet Fees:  $225 for one, $125 for each additional pet

Polices and More: 

 

  • Cancellation Policy:  When a reservation is made, refunds are made ONLY if the house becomes uninhabitable OR if you cancel 60 days prior of your check in date. If you cancel within 60 days of your check in, any funds that have been collected are non-refundable unless, we are able to rent the house again for the same dates and price. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. All refunds due to renter-initiated cancellations are subject to a 5% administrative fee. We encourage you to obtain trip cancellation insurance.  This can be made during the reservation process or several companies are listed on our web site under the "FAQ" tab.
  • Hurricane Policy: Hurricane refunds will be issued only if the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation in our immediate area in St. John's County. When a mandatory evacuation order is given, we will refund (a) any unused portion of rent from a guest currently renting the house; (b) any unused portion of rent from a scheduled renter who wants to arrive after the hurricane order is lifted; or (c) any advance rents collected for a renter scheduled to arrive during the mandatory evacuation period. Any scheduled rentals after the hurricane are not subject to any refunds unless the house is uninhabitable.  Any damages to the beach or surrounding area is not cause for a refund. It will be the owner/property manager discretion to offer any such refund.
  • Pandemic Clause:  A refund will only be given if the Florida Governor bans short term rentals or if beach that the property sits on are closed.  Any portion of days that the ban is in place will be given a refund.  An administrative fee of 5% may be deducted from any refund.
